Visited B&M Barnstaple today and was helped by Robbie, he was very kind and helpful, even bringing my items out to the car and loaded them for me, give this man a pay rise! 5*

Lots to purchase and look at. However, it's stop there for appeal factor. The building is hot and stuffy. There is a persistent ringing noise that can be heard throughout the store - be mindful if bringing individuals with additional/sensory needs.
Staff are very lacklustre, with not many to be found around the store. The queues are big and not enough staff on tills.
