“Went in to get some new wiper blades fitted… but had to order blades. Phoned store a few days later only to speak to a call centre who were useless. Kept me on phone ages while they checked and then told me not yet received by store. I then went on line to check and saw they were in store! Drove up and a lovely guy found them, fitted them and as I asked about a brake fluid check, told me about a Halfords service centre elsewhere in town. Went there and had great service by a guy who checked my brake fluid there and then, and as all ok, charged me nothing. Very impressed… Great service, thank you! (Apart from help centre)”
