Very pleased with our experience with Bensons for Beds in Barnstaple store. Very helpful lady/manager helping us to choose and order a Sealy divan bed. We had plenty of emails confirming order and delivery. Delivery was prompt and in the time we expected by very friendly and helpful drivers. Would definitely use and order from them again. A good experience. Pleased with the product on arrival.

The tracking link I was given was rubbish. It showed me as drop 3 and when they left drop 2 it had already decided my delivery slot had gone back to 11:08 to 13:08. I knew they would be here in time but it did raise my concerns somewhat. As time went on and they got closer to my property the time kept going out until when they did eventually call me, spitting on my drive, the delivery window int he link showed as between 14:02 and 16:02. The whole experience of buying a mattress was easy and faultless. The delivery experience the complete opposite.

Very good experience. We were contacted, and the product arrived, all in the time slots promised. The delivery team were professional and courteous/ caring of our home, and removed the packaging and took it with them.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped into the showroom. We were allowed to browse in our own time and all of our questions were answered without any pressure to buy. Connor was very helpful and sorted out a quote for us. We did look elsewhere locally but couldn't find anything which matched our requirements so we placed our order with Bensons.?
