I am sorry but some of them have received abuse from other customers during Covid, which has made the staff, not surprisingly, defensive, which can sometimes come across as indifference.”

“This branch of Lloyds TSB used to be the TSB branch before the merger of the the two institutions. It is smaller than the other branch of Lloyds in the town and therefore tends not to be quite as busy cutting down your waiting time a bit. The staff are friendly and have a lot of product knowledge.”
