I am very new to the Hairdressing Industry. Phab was recommended to me Phab is a family run buissness, so has that extra touch , and especially for myself , The Phab Family and that obviously includes all the members of staff have been fantastic, It has more to offer than just a generic firm in any industry. I have wanted to gather as much information on products and courses , and Phab delivered. There are countless brands on the market , but i have chosen to use Milkshake, a brand i would definitely recommend!!!, A Big shout out to Scott , an educator at Milkshake, that guy is worth his weight in gold , thanks scott !!, and The Phab fb page is excellent, really nice forum, I felt comfortable there ?

I absolutely LOVE Phab, the team are amazing, they are always there to help and support us in anyway they can... I opened my own salon 1 year ago and Fiona has been my rock throughout, from meeting me in a building site of a shop to help me, to calling to check in.... there is not enough stars to give ???????????????

Bella was really lovely. It's a joy to go to a wholesale and meet a kind warm very helpful person.nothing was any trouble. The products were great what you helped me with. So much appreciated. Thank you Bella.:) . Also jodi with all my queries a few months ago really helpful and patient. Thanks team. :) Actually also everyone is friendly and not one is snotty. Not like some places you go to.

After setting up alone PHAB have been the biggest support. Offering fantastic high quality products. They also gave me free training on my new brand choice and since getting new staff have also gave them the training too . They run great courses at real afforadable prices so we can all join in! It?s a great way to network with others in your trade too as they create a friendly atmosphere so everyone gets to know each other and you feel very welcome. They also have a huge furniture range to suit everyone. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would be lost without them! Such a great wholesale would recommend them to anyone. Thank you phab!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Useless company with useless customer service. Sent me a used product covered in someone's hair, no user guide, no invoice, just a box and a used product which was in pieces so had no idea whether it was broken or how to assemble. It took them 2 months to refund after several emails with several people. I have actually given up getting my return postage back. If I were you, I wouldn't bother dealing with them.
