My Nan has called twice to say that there?s a problem with the stairlift. Well tonight the chair has literally fell off of the electrical base whilst sparking. Could you imagine if she had been half way down the stairs? This could of killed her. The 24 hour line sticker they had stuck on the chair turned out not to be the correct number, so I found it on the website. I don?t know why you even bother having a 24/7 hotline because the bloke said that you have to wait until tomorrow. It?s worth mentioning that one of the engineers is very polite and respectful

A stair lift was put into my accommodation which didn't work properly. At the top I didn't have the strength to turn it around and at the bottom I had to to stop it before it stopped by itself as it hit the bottom with a thud......the pain in my spine was really bad., yesterday a lovely young man came out to fix the stairlift which he did and put a seat in in which I don't have to push it around, the noise of the lift is unbelievable it is disgusting and I can't believe for one moment that anybody would buy a lift that screams so loudly whilst turning you around. It's disgusting

Excellent service, Gordon and his team do a fantastic job. Had an issue today with our lift and an engineer attended within the hour and resolved the issue after a few hours. Luke was very professional the whole time.

My stairlift broke down this Saturday morning. I rang Hanover on their 24hour phone number and spoke to the engineer who told me what the callout charge would be and the rate per quarter hour so I had an idea of the cost. The engineer (Ray) was at my door an hour later. He got to work straight away and found the fault. 25 minutes later my stairlift was fixed and tested. I cannot speak more highly of the service.

I contacted this Company this morning in an effort to help them after following one or their vans through Devon. Upon telephoning their Office I was greeted by a rude and ignorant receptionist who refused to put me through to a Manager and instead thought it would be a good idea to be rude and tell me that the matter was nothing to do with me. In view of this I have today lodged a Formal Complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority as well as Officers from Trading Standards. I have also instigated legal proceedings which are likely to end up in Court. This Company is guilty of false advertising which can easily be proved. Companies like this give UK business a bad name. A simple call to help this Company has resulted in a whole heap of trouble for this business all thanks to the attitude of their receptionist. Disgraceful.

Same afternoon as we rang the young engineer called Vinnie came to fix my wife Stannah stair lift.He polite,happy and most of all knew how to fix the problem.So gratefull.Would also like to state the lady who took the call more than helpful and polite.Thanks not seem enough.Michael &Lyn Essery.
