Requested information for a mortgage, 3 days later have been sent the invoice but not the information. Holding up the application for a task that we’re being charged for that could be done in 10 minutes. Happy to pay for a good service but not received that in this instance.

DO NOT USE. They will take ages to do your taxes and not respond to you in a timely manor when you chase up. Also be careful as they will charge you for very short phone calls and copy and pasted advice which you do not ask for!!
