I got given the wrong change I spent £4.88 and I used £4 that i had on my card and payed 88p with a £10 note and I was ment to get £9.12 back but they only gave me £5.12 and I went back Into spar and they said I was wrong so they taken extra £4 of me and left me with £5.12

This shop has saved my culinary life on so many occasions and the staff are always friendly. The village would be up the bracket without it.

There is an older woman who works at the post office and every time I call she has such an attitude and makes you feel guilty for ringing up. I once needed help with some currency exchanging and she became hostile on the phone as I was taking a while to explain things ( I have learning difficulties) and when another worker tried to take over she said ?no get off, I will do it, I will do it? in a tone at them. It wasn?t acceptable. This lady has snapped on the phone at me a couple times and was quite argumentative and I get abit anxious ringing.
There is another woman who worked there who?s really nice, so I?m not sure who she is, she sounds like an older woman. I spoke to her at around 10am on 21st august. I feel bad making a negative review but something needs to change as her poor customer service skills are affecting me and your store
