If I?m walking to a post office this is my closet and honestly the friendliest. Lovely staff, especially the owner. We are always having chats about life in general. Definitely my favourite one.

The Post Master here needs customer service training and a personality transplant. He is rude and obnoxious. It?s a wonder this post office stays open. Do yourself favour and use Swadlincote post office. Won?t be back again

Sadly my experience here echoes so many others; the lady is bright, friendly and efficient - an absolute pleasure to deal with amongst Post Office workers. The gent here really does hate you, he looks at and treats you with condescension if not outright contempt. Unfortunately since the Post Office themselves make it virtually impossible to complain I suggest you just go elsewhere - the new counter at Midway Stores is a fantastic alternative.

Older gent working there speaks to you like you're something he stepped in, The woman working there is lovely but it's a shame she's not in as much.
