I have to suggest to make time for one day a week to be open until 6pm as most people in the area will be working until 5:30pm. I can only visit during the weekends and it limits my projects.

Called to buy a Stihl battery cut off saw
They firstly had it in stock, and they are a Stihl dealership
Friendly helpful staff, no pressure and they price competitive

Bought our 3rd chain saw here ,always good on price ,got some little knick nak tools too whilst wandering around in store .
Nice little cafe too ,toilets on site .

I called here to have a look at mowers and was surprised at how comprehensive their stock was. Not just mowers but everything garden related. My wife discovered their kitchen ware department and was absorbed for an hour.
The staff were very nice and helpful, and despite them being quite, busy, found time for demonstrating a good number of machines and answering all my questions. We could both recommend Masseys and will be returning. It's nice to find a business with good customer service.
