i came and the bosch windscreen wiper wasn?t there. i had to wait until the manual delivery came in. i was on time for my appointment but they didn?t have the part delivered prior so i had to wait 15 minutes over my time. there?s a reason why i booked an appointment. i have places to be. when i was gonna lose my mind and was approaching because i couldn?t wait anymore, i see the man coming back with a pair they had found in stock and attached to my car and just walked away. and i paid £41 quid for that quality fitting and part. it?s a joke. lol. no customer service. i won?t be back. honestly. i?ve been obsessed with the Kwik fit in Ashby-de-la-zouch lately and it?s just sad the rest dont hone up to the same quality!! I will stick to that branch. i went to the other in Humberstone and i wasn?t pleased either.

Had my van AC re gassed.
Could not fault the service. The technicians were really polite and helpful. I was told it would take about hour and half and they would ring me when it was done and sure enough bang on hour and half they rang.
They was the cheapest around and they even debug my AC with no extra charge. I will be using them again when I need new tyres. 5 star service.

I had booked oil change for the day before but Kwik fit phoned me to say the oil required for my car would not be in until the next day. But they phoned well before the appointment and the next day were great helpful quick and professional. Will use them again.

Very polite and HONEST. Thanks. I took my car there for replacement break pads as another not so honest garage (Mr Tyre in Swadlincote) told me I needed them as the mot flagged up fluctuating breaks. Kwikfit quoted me over £100 cheaper so l took it in.
They told me that my break pads are absolutely fine and DO NOT need replacing. He also said that I would get a notification from the car when they need doing which won?t be any time soon as they are ok. Thanks for being honest. Will use again when I need them. Thanks again.
