My first visit to Annette she looked shocked when I turned up as if she'd forgotten the appointment and didn't even know my name,I went for cap treatment for my condition topical steroid withdrawal,she insisted I needed amino acids which she injected into my already sore skin which made it worse,my second visit to Annette she never turned up it took me 2hrs to get there I tried to phone several times with no answer,after a couple of days Annette replied and apologised,I found Annette very unprofessional she didn't seem interested in me or my condition which I've suffered with for 9yrs,disappointed in the least,I would not recommend Annette at all,terrible experience Jenny.

I was recommended to go and visit Annette Matthews by a friend whose skin always looks amazing - I was not disappointed!A warm welcome with a proper cup of coffee from Annette, then an in-depth consultation followed, all explained clearly and concisely.My treatment (Sunekos skin booster) was easy, comfortable and pain free - then she showed me my reflection - wow!! Absolutely wonderful results- skin smoothed and plumped visibly! Weeks later it still looks great.Very highly recommended clinic and Annette is wonderful.
