I've been caring for someone who is housebound, and I must say the prescription delivery service has been incredibly disappointing. Twice, they claimed to have delivered prescriptions when they clearly had not. When I tried to address this issue over the phone, I was met with denial and refusal. I took the initiative to complain to the head office on two separate occasions, but unfortunately, I never received any response. The level of service provided is well below expectations and has caused unnecessary stress.

The text message service is useful but dogs are now banned and I don't like leaving my dog outside on the main road, so I'll be arranging online pharmacy deliveries from now on. Very sad as I always found interesting stuff to purchase whilst awaiting prescription collections.

Staff are always extremely helpful and polite. This chemist has been put under much pressure due to the Hannage Brook chemist closing. During the current COVID situation the pharmacy has retained a constant service and some of the negative comments are not justified.

I arrived at 12.59 to collect some pain relief prescribed by the doctor, for a back injury I've recently picked up. I was told to come back after lunch, but I'm in a lot of pain and coming back in an hour would mean more driving which is very painful. I understand people need to eat but there is quite a few people inside and I just want one thing. I'm very disappointed that the person I spoke to at the door didn't think when I mentioned I was there to collect pain relief, that I might actually be in pain.

This pharmacy has been put under alot of pressure as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic. They do an excellent job under extremely challenging circumstances. I use them regularly and find the staff very pleasant and helpful
