Lovely little local pub, we had a meal which although the menu was fairly basic it was lovely home cooked food. We'd definitely visit again!

A pretty quaint pub and dog friendly. Good menu . The barmaid was a bit sour when serving us ( I guess we all have off days but I realised she?d given me a Scottish fiver when I left to boot !) but other than that it was a lovely place to grab a drink on walk

I met a friend here for food, what a wonderful little place! We both had gammon and egg, it was simple and beautifully executed, no fuss. The atmosphere was welcoming and it was obvious that people feel comfortable here.
A fabulous building, great food and the staff were really lovely. We will definitely be back!

Called in this pub today, there was a large group of people ordering food and drinks. The person ordering the drinks forgot they needed one extra drink. The bar lady rolled her eyes as if it was an inconvenience. I waited to be served when she had finished serving the group she disgused the customers with another customer was so rude regarding the people she had just served. I have never been in a pub and felt so unwelcome, a horrible lady behind the bar. How does this pub stay open? What's happened to a smile behind the bar

This is a really lovely old pub situated in a beautiful village , very nice food we went for Sunday lunch if you don't want roast there are other options of the menu and they're is a blackboard with dishes of the day really recommend this lovely old pub

The food was great and a really good quality pool table and darts board. Would have been nice if the servers were a bit more welcoming but that might have just been a bad day
