Visited for a family meal to celebrate our daughters birthday. Asked to be seated in the conservatory as we have a 4 month old baby and needed room for the pram. It was a bank holiday Monday tea time so we expected it to be busy. That said, they didn't have 3 items we wanted to order, out of stock apparently. Four starters came, 20 mins later when those starters had been eaten the other two finally arrived which meant a longer wait for our mains. Then anothwr garlic bread arrived, we hadn't ordered a second one so it got returned. Again, four mains arrived then some 35 mins later the other two - pizzas - finally arrived. One was what we ordered, the other one wasn't right then the waiter came back and got the incorrect one which was for a different table apparently and finally came back with what I'd ordered. Everyone else had finished theirs at this point so as my appetite had disappeared by now, I had mine boxed up to take home. It was blisteringly hot in the conservatory even without the sun being out too but all they had was one door open, no fans to help keep customers cool and all windows were closed shut. It was stiflingly warm. I felt quite sick because of this, so we paid our bill via the QR code on our table and left. We doubt we will be returning which is a shame as we've been there many times and it was a much better experience than it was today. Bitterly disappointed.

Fantastic food with large portions. They have a great selection of pizzas and the option to half 2 different selection of each part of your pizza. Loved the side salad and dressing too. The fish & chips is a large tasty portion.

Amazing service, the food is delicious and amazing, staff are kind and helpful, but the restaurant is a bit noisy at times when I come which is an absolute headache.

This is one of our favourite restaurants. The cater for every taste and the food is fabulous. The Swan represents the best value for food in the area.

Great staff, but if you like poke bowls I wouldn?t recommend to go for theirs. Rice was a paste (not even Japanese rice), salmon was boiled, and poke was served with ? a vinaigrette..? We were 3 of us and none could finish the plate.

Spent a couple of nights at St Georges Park and came here for dinner. Food was amazing, and good value. Drinks were fantastic, and the guy that served us was great, went out of his way to sort our son a non fizzy vimto cocktail. Highly recommend

Started off great. Attention to detail was second to none? until it got busy! My 9 year old?s food order had been missed and we had to ask (and were halfway through our meal) before hers arrived. Bloodsock Festival was to blame but they should have staffed accordingly.
However, we (mostly) enjoyed what we had. Though my husband?s fillet steak sakitori stick was the toughest fillet we have had in a long time!
I also pointed out that one of the toilet doors in the ladies room didn?t lock (avoid the middle one) and the mirror was covered in cobwebs on the edges. (They need to have a word with the cleaners!)
However, HUGE SHOUT OUT to Bradley who assisted with a query on the bill. Sorted that with no issue, presented us with some sweets and when I told him about the complaints he said I should have mentioned it before (paying) and to let him know next time we are in and he will compensate next time.
I am sure we will forget as we don?t eat out often, but he was an absolute gem of an employee for the business (I work in the industry) and really hope the owners recognise his customer service prowess!
