Good quick delivery, Refurbished Dyson V6 was meant to be stripped, steam cleaned and serviced, but definitely wasn't that clean, dust fell out when I checked new filters. But as a vacuum it works well.

I will start by saying the dishwasher is great which is why I've given 5 stars. Holds loads of dishes at 1 time and is very quiet.I can't really comment about the company whether they are good or bad.I can comment on the communication between myself and the company and the lack of it. So much so that I was beginning to doubt whether they were a genuine company and I just gave them a good chunk of money for a product I was not going to receive in my lifetime.Only after contacting the email address and stating that as a last resort of asking for a refund if I did not get proper confirmation of my order and an expected delivery date did I get any proper communication.The phone number stated on the website only ever said "mail box full" so I was never able to speak to someone left me feeling very frustrated and concerned.As for the 3 - 5 days delivery my order turned up on day 9.Despite all this I am very happy with my purchase and the fact I now have to do very few dishes by hand.
