Absolutely fantastic service from Louise and the letting team. Took on a difficult tenancy and tenant for us. Handled the notice and gave full support and updates until the tenant vacated. Would highly recommend without any hesitation. Thank you!

Megan was extremely helpful in helping me find and arrange moving into a rental property. She suggested a suitable house and advocated for me and my pets with the landlord. She has been very supportive throughout the process, despite setbacks.

?? Warning to anyone dealing with this agency ?? Bd extremely careful!!
I was misled during my viewing, promised the taps, drain holes, garden and other issues would be sorted before I moved in ? they weren?t. When I complained, the agency denied what was said at the viewing, called me a liar, and told me I was ?shouting the loudest? just for chasing repairs. They told me I now need to submit issues through their online system, even though they were AGREED prior to me signing the tenancy agreement. Their own Fixflo system says repairs are done within 28 days, but nothing was fixed in that time. The agency then claimed the 28 days doesn?t apply. They drag their feet on repairs, deny what they?ve said, and make tenants feel at fault. I am now escalating the matter to the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards.
The culture at this branch is also appalling. It has taken multiple emails and formal complaints just to get updates, none of which included a proper apology. Instead, I was told I am ?the tenant shouting the loudest,? which is insulting and unprofessional. I don?t send repeated emails for fun ? I do it because the agency fails to act.
My experience has left me feeling misled, dismissed, and treated with contempt as a tenant. I am now being forced to escalate this formally because they have failed to resolve issues that were meant to be sorted before I even moved in.
In short: be very cautious when dealing with this agency, especially with verbal assurances at viewings. Get everything in writing, record conversations if possible, and don?t assume their timelines mean anything.

We have recently put our property on the market 'for sale' with Your Move Swadlincote, our experience from the 1st telephone call has been excellent, however, when their Sales Valuerer Ann Harding got involved our experience went up even further, due to her professionalism, compassionate approach, and her knowledge of the local property market was so fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and when we finally decided to go ahead, Ann got our property photographed, listed and board up very quickly and very concise. We have no issue in recommending Your Move Swadlincote especially Ann Harding such a lovely Lady.

Long story short I had a tenant who refused to move out and Louise Hodgetts and the team at Swadlincote were absolutely brilliant from the start of the contract through to helping me get a positive resolution. If you are looking for a lettings team, look no further. Thank you in particular to Louise for her patience and professionalism.

Hands down the best estate agent we've ever dealt with. We have just completed our house sale with Your Move Swadlincote in 9 weeks with Christmas in between. Ann came out and valued the house absolutely spot on and put together a great brochure and got us online. Lynne then took over with the handling of our property and was proactively sending our brochure to prospective buyers, providing us with weekly updates and within 5 weeks we were sold with the perfect buyer. Lynne then helped the sale run so smoothly and again was calling and emailing regularly with updates. We cannot fault Your Move Swadlincote one bit. Lynne and the team were amazing from start to finish and we highly recommend using them to sell your home.

After six long frustrating months our house sale finally completed.
