Regularly order from here and it's usually spot on, however today we waited almost an hour and a half for our food for it to arrive cold, hope this is a 1 off and not a regular occurrence as the food is nice, over £25 spent on cold food is not acceptable though

Waited 2 hours for food to arrive, basic order aswell, 4 chicken wrap meals. I rang once to be told it was on the way, I Waited half hour and still not arrived so I rang 4 more times because they wasn't answering the phone, at 10pm I drove too the shop after waiting 2 hours. The shop is 5 mins away by car, they told me It had just left, so I drove home and still once I'd got home Waited a further 15 mins ! It's put me off ordering again, very disappointed more so because the food was cold by the time it had got to us.

I hope they take this as a compliment, but I love KFC and I get quite annoyed that there isn't one in Swadlincote or even the surrounding arrears don't deliver around to here but USA is the 100% the next best thing, the batter they use for the chicken, which in itself is so juicy, tastes almost identical to KFC, I absolutely love USA chicken.My only issue is with delivery, whoever they have hired for that seriously can not read instructions and my order 9/10 ends up somewhere else so I'm constantly on the phone trying to find where my food is. Food is spot on. Delivery drivers, sack them now

We ordered from here today and I don?t know what?s happened with the chicken but it?s now so spicy and peppery. No mention of any spices added online. Some people can not eat spicy food. Shame really as their chicken use to be delicious but due to this now adding spice to it we won?t be ordering from here again.
