Beautiful Sunday roast dinner today service was good the only thing negative I have to say is please hoover your carpets, I know it?s a dog friendly pub which is great but the floor was covered in dog hair

Rather nice food decent pricing for it too!
The restaurant area can get quite busy and noisy.
The service is good and the staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate.

Visiting the area from Suffolk and Popped into Cricketts for a bite to eat last night , had a couple of drinks before and after, friendly staff and reasonably priced food for the quality. Nice quiet atmosphere and a large beer garden, Would visit again ??

Driven past this pub so many times but Never been in. This was my first visit.
Very busy everyone in for their Sunday roast, which I must say. Looked and smelt delicious.
We only stopped for drinks, we were sitting in the small garden which has picnic benches and a covered area. There are steps in the garden leading into the pub but if I remember rightly there were only a couple and they weren't steep.
Wheelchair access could always use the front entrance which I believe was just off of the car park.
The car park isn't huge but I did see a couple of cars parked on the grass field just by the car park.
Clean, homely little pub.
Good customer service
A lovely little family friendly pub.
Will definitely return, hopefully for a roast dinner next time... ?

I've passed this place many times, but never tried it before, so called in for a bar meal to try it out.
We were seated quickly and the service was pleasant and professional, but I'm sad to say that it just felt like the whole place needs a deep-clean.
The table had sticky stains which we asked the waitress to wipe, but it still didn't feel as clean as it should have. The fireplace had lots of dust and cobwebs and the carpets looked dirty.
The food arrived fairly quickly and was delicious I'm glad to say, but overall we felt disappointed as the place looks nice from outside.
Could do so much better.

My bike broke down just on the junction with the Cricketers Inn, They gracusly allow myself to park my bike up while I sort a pick up.. took the pressure out of the situation..
Had a pint also very very nice..

If going for Sunday lunch don?t leave it too late as they do run out of some foods that are on the menu.
