Staff are rude, they are either talking on the phone while serving you, or talking to another member of staff. They always look annoyed when serving you, as if you are bothering them. I try to avoid going here if possible, it is my local post office, but prefer to drive and pay parking in Ashby, it?s that bad!

Terrible, advertised opening hours state they're open until 6pm / 6.30pm on certain weekdays yet on multiple occasions I've arrived at 5.30 to either an already closed shutter or to see the shutter coming down for myself. Staff are rude aswell and clearly can't be bothered to work until the times they say they will.

I have been in this post office twice and on both occasions the staff who work at the post office counter have been so rude! From the reviews I can see I?m not the only one who has noticed it. Post office staff are normally so delightful what went wrong here!
