I can't remember the Lady's name unfortunately ?, but, having had an account for pretty much my entire life with nationwide in some form, I recently opened a joint account with my partner, and hadn't been able to view both on the app. Intruded having this fixed using the online chat function, over the phone and in the Coalville branch, each time being told it was sorted but never actually getting sorted.One visit to this branch and its solved! The lady did say she would chase it up for me, and she clearly did. Thanks very much!

Today was my second visit, when I was helped by Fiona-what a customer service she provides: always with a smile, suggests improvements to your services, helped me to move one of my accounts, prints out a mini statement just to explain things. I can?t fault anything and I am almost looking forward to have a reason to go to this branch-not my favourite past time, but you get my gist.

I find this to be one of the slowest branches in the country. There always seems to be a long queue and never enough staff at the windows. More frustrating is the staff ambling around in the background with what appears to be very little haste. It would be helpful to see a self-service machine in branch to allow customers to pay in cash etc that credits the account immediately, rather than the outdoor ATM deposit boxes that take some time to credit. If you are not in a rush or working to a schedule, this branch is fine, if you need faster, more efficient service, the Burton-on-Trent branch is probably more suitable.

Very friendly and helpful. I find them a little slow at times so please improve as we all have places to go and back to work.

Tried to pay a bill & was told they do not accept cash over the counter .was told to pay it over the internet . Dose no-one accept cash anymore
