After a long day out this was on the way home
Wasn?t a long wait for food
Restaurant was relatively clean
But missed one happy meal toy. Medium fries and the burger wasn?t placed right. How hard is it to put in on properly?!?!?. Well this wasn?t the first time and I?m sure it won?t be the last
This is what I expect ? glad I ate in so I could get my missing items

Terrible service, Terrible staff no point ordering breakfast after 10am as the last staff won't put the order through. Uber weren't picking up the order and changed driver 5 times so you know it's not coming! Disgusting attitude from the staff

Breakfast wrap comes with a potato rosti as on the photo. When the wrap came there was no potato rosti and the staff member says it is because they can?t cook the rosti properly. Scammer franchise should be reducing the price of the wrap as we are paying for something that we are not getting ?

Awful experience, such slow service, worst McDonald?s in the area. I go here quite often as it?s so convenient but it?s terrible! Takes about 10 minutes to get a coffee, order 1 wrap when I want a quick snack and get parked up for it, it?s 1 wrap for goodness sake. Staff are nice but it?s just poorly managed and never changes

Not been to a McDonald's in over a year imagine my absolute shock, wasn't just shocked, stunned even, nah also upset at the skrinkflation of the burgers! How can they call it a Big Mac?? It is now just a Mac, my wife's Fillet of Fish had also been on a crash diet similarly reduced in size from old ??, but hey the place was very clean inside, staff friendly and chatty, quality of food (despite shrinking portions) was good.
Ps Going forward better value at the local chippy.

So I didn?t really know this but apparently when you order from here via the app for delivery you enter into a sort of lottery to see if your order gets fulfilled or not..!
Payments taken immediately of course but have to wait 2 weeks for a refund?..
