Dreadful service
Took 3 bikes in 1 for punctures and 2 for brake adjustments
Took them in on a Tuesday was told they would be looked at and assessed for price on the Thursday . Hadn?t heard anything the following Monday so went to the store.
The bikes hadn?t even been looked at , and they couldn?t give me a date when they would be .
This isn?t the first time I?ve had bad service from this particular Halfords branch. (Swadlincote)
Will not use again.

Served by young man named Jamie he was very welcome d extremely helpful and polite he went out of his way to show me all the different sizes of the cool boxes I was loooking at I?m disabled bmyself so it was lovely how he showed me inside all the boxes so I could see them properly he was a breath of fresh air

Called in the swadlincote branch 30.6.25 to pick up a car battery to which the website said there were two in stock for the type I needed. Admittedely it was17.55p.m. However the assistant said you have 2 minutes mate!!! & we don't.t have any of this type in.!!!
£150 loss & won.t be returning!!!!

Went to Halfords Swad to check my car battery. One of the Halfords team, Ashley, demonstrated thorough knowledge of batteries and quickly diagnosed a replacement was needed and fitted it very quickly. Ashley was very polite and courteous throughout. I would recommend going here for any battery issues.

Recently visited the store as my vehicle failed its mot on the window wipers, within 15 minutes the window blades were fitted and I managed to get back to the mot garage and got a retest straight away, thank you Halfords great staff and good knowledge. ??????

Just had battery replaced by a young female Halfords technician Regan at Swadlincote Halfords , She did a great job full 5 stars . Good to see a female technician and thank you for the counter advice on joining Halfords and getting discount on the battery free fitting and savings through the year .I fully recommend the service there John Ferrari ...(no relation to the racing car people ,,sadly )
