We go in most Fridays and always get a warm greeting from the staff

I'm giving this place 1/5 stars due to a disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly and seemed rushed, with one older woman being particularly rude and dismissive. I ordered a cheese and bacon wrap, but when I asked for it to be reheated, the worker refused - only to see them restocking the shelf with fresh, warm wraps minutes later. The food was cold, flavourless, and unappetizing, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable.
To improve, the staff need better customer service training and the food needs to be served at a proper temperature. Until then, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The focus seems to be on getting customers in and out quickly, rather than providing a welcoming and comfortable experience.

Had to wait for pizza to finish and then they served people who had come in afterwards and needed to be reminded that we were still waiting.

I enjoyed a quick lunch at Greg's. I picked up a southern fried chicken sub roll, and they warmed it up for me. I was able to enjoy the food in a few minutes and sat down at one of the tables.
