They gave me, my sister and my partner food poisoning and has claimed to be refunding it for the last two weeks which may I add I am pregnant and everytime i ring they claim the refund will take 3-5 working days would not recommend this domino's branch

It?s not often i use this Domino?s, but EVERY time i do theres a problem. When placing an order the waiting time is 12 - 14 minutes but when turning up for collection after 20 minutes, they haven?t even started it, thus ending up being a wait of 35 minutes+. Then they always say they have ran out of a side. Well thats great but why let me order it in the first places then. Obtaining a refund seems really difficult for them. You don?t normally mind overpaying so much for a bang average pizza as long as the service is good, but here it is shocking. I will definitely not be returning

Ordered a takeaway half turned up incorrect. After calling they apologised said they would send the correct order and some cookies so I thought oh great that's nice and they didn't send cookies .. probably just say it to get you off the phone. Not ideal as kids were having it as a treat and then didn't get to eat together... also promising free cookies to not deliver 2/10 won't order again ...

We ordered over £50 worth Saturday at 16.40pm for 17.15-17.30 delivery,as we had family up from 50 miles away, that was the discounted price of 3 large pizzas and the garlic breads,(not discounted) delivered early and cold absolutely disgusted especially if I had paid the full price!.Not bother again it was my suggestion not to cook them ourselves but wished I had of done now?its not as if it was cheap even discounted but cold food when we are less than 4 minutes drive..clearly drive all round with them in the delivery and dropped ours last. Shocking.

This was a very poor pizza, the side order - nachos, were burnt. Always sceptical about Dominoes but the food this evening has confirmed that if you want a good pizza, don't get it from Dominoes!

Inedible undercooked pizzas!!!
We have just ordered two pepperoni pizzas. At first glance they look okay but after taking a slice, the pizza separates in two, leave a Undercooked dough base. I understand it's Saturday night and is busy but you guys have rushed the basic cooking process and have made these Inedible.
The price people have to pay and you can't even cook a pizza right.
This is the second time we have had poor quality food from this shop and it'll be the last!
If you guys can't even cook a pizza right then what's the point. Get your act together and stop rushing people food.
If anyone has read this, then save your money and go elsewhere.

It's good food but when you order something and pay for it you expect to get it, for some reason though this place seems to do as it pleases and takes your money anyway. Tried ringing to ask what's gone wrong and the phone hangs up like they know they messed up but don't want to acknowledge it, so good food and very bad service will not be going here again!
