“I can't remember the Lady's name unfortunately ?, but, having had an account for pretty much my entire life with nationwide in some form, I recently opened a joint account with my partner, and hadn't been able to view both on the app. Intruded having this fixed using the online chat function, over the phone and in the Coalville branch, each time being told it was sorted but never actually getting sorted.One visit to this branch and its solved! The lady did say she would chase it up for me, and she clearly did. Thanks very much!”
