Initially the wrong bag was delivered but they came back out to swap it within half an hour. The same stuff was delivered again but again they came out the same day to swap it over.
Turned out we?d also ordered the wrong thing as well but the 3rd delivery was correct and in a timely fashion.
All in all excellent customer service and very helpful, thank you.

Straight forward , easy , quick service and no hassles getting the wood I wanted cut to measure. Nice friendly and helpful staff and they seem to have a great range of building products and materials. Easy access and parking and nice one way system to maximise health and safety. I highly recommend you visit this store in swad . Will definitely be returning soon for some more bits for the new house. ?

I rang Build base in Hatton and explained the care Home I work in was doing a beach themed day and needed help with getting some sand. The manager from the store in Hatton was so helpful and kindly donated some sand for the home, with out the help of build base our beach themed day would not be happening a cant thank build base enough. I would highly recommend build base and will always use build base for any purchases I need for my home

OK, BUT ALWAYS CALL AHEAD!!!! Website said 9 Items in stock at Swadlincote branch. Traveled 9 miles to collect, went to counter only to be told "We a got any of them left mate" very frustrating.
