Absolutely diabolical? I heard screaming coming from the loft and when I asked what it was, the rude, intimidating employee said that it was just ?my son dropping a nuke in the toilet?. service is awful and cleanliness is far from exceptional. Don?t even have every mogu mogu flavour. Disappointed

I would say the guy who works there is horrible.He needs to improve his customers service skills.He is totally rude towards the customers.The overall shop is good and has parking for couple of cars outside as well as parcel drop of and pick up point.I would not recommend this due to bad behaviour of the staff.

Dropped off a Vinted parcel there tonight, really rude guy working in there. If they don't want to be doing the parcel service, why on earth did they sign up for it? Won't be going back.

Honestly don?t bother going here for DPD drop offs, was told the parcel was too big. Awful attitude. Literally wouldn?t step foot in here again

Dreadful service! Unbearably rude shop worker!This really needs highlighting to delivery services in particular. I have formally complained about the attitude shown by the shop worker.He played loud music, was insensately rude, told someone to leave because he was asking to use a free service, that was being advertised by the shop. This service aloud the gentleman to make payments to his meter. The shop worker visibly short fused and really unhelpful.This shop could be a really gem in Swadlincote, however, the worker that I encountered today, was to say the least, inadequate to perform his role.He will not receive my business from now on.

I once had a collection from this store, I had to go back two or three times before he would release the package. I even got the company on the phone, he didn't believe that the call was genuine, so they offered to call the store. They basically told him what to do, he was more concerned about making sure he gets his cut rather than looking after the customer. He's generally quite miserable and unwelcoming, my partner who also uses the store reluctantly for parcel services thinks the same. He doesn't deserve the extra business it's designed to bring people in for. I'll never shop there,nor will I have anything delivered there for collection, massive inconvenience!

There is a good choice of products at a reasonable price and they do Collect Plus, Amazon & PayPoint. I also find all the staff you see in the store to be friendly and welcoming.

My experience instore is that the owners are not interested in click and collect or if your returning something they want anyone thats paying first. They are impatient too also ive seen on a review that its cheap for beer but it really isnt pricing is very hard to find out as not clear and there is not a gteat selection on anything they sell oh except the news papers lol

Do not use this shop for click and collect! Very rude on two occasions now!Parcel delivered to shop but Shopkeeper saying not received! Kept dealing with "paying customers" just ignores you!He has marked both of my parcels as collected! Only received 1

I had bought 2 cans from a pack then the next time I visited, the man told me it wasn't allowed. I had to buy the whole pack or none. Pricing is not clear, misplaced. Disgusting customer service.
