Have tried to go to this petrol station on my morning commute every day this week, 4 out of 5 days it has been closed off for one reason or another, this is at regular peak times for commuters. You simply cannot rely on the place to be open at regular times in the day never mind the place being open 24hrs. However the staff are lovely and helpful hence the 2 stars instead of 1 just a shame the planning is so poor that it is borderline impossible for someone working a 9-5 to even use the facility.

Dont bother going here for a car wash unless you wear wellies and you want your car dirtier than you started. I appreciate customers may leave a mess but this place seems to have no basic cleaning. This is my second visit in months and it looks the same.

Arrived and fuelled by 9:59pm, another person had just entered the service station from a taxi that had pulled up. Went in to pay only to be confronted by a complete Jobs worth who held his hand up ‘sorry, we are closing the shop as it’s 10pm. ….I reminded him it was just before 10pm and I was to pay for fuel….but insisted I left to pay at the kiosk…Went to the Kiosk but the female member of staff was still serving the other person who was in the shop. She then took my payment…She was ignorant, badly mannered and held the paypoint at the window but looked away. Poorly trained, ignorant staff Thursday 9:59pm April 11th. Mind you, at least it was open as usually its shut for deliveries or down to one member of staff. Used to be a good garage, but the current staff are clearly not trained in manners.

Have to get a big shout to Joanna today. Really helped me I have a dog she is registered to come in but on busy times we tend to use the window kiosk. Thank you for getting my items while at a busy time. I hope you can pass on the review . Rest of the team also always pleasant. Cheers. Me and pix

Claims to be a 24 hour garage but is often closed off for deliveries, or have one member of staff in the mornings who is busy (and door locked of course!) and you have to wait to catch the attention of the cleaner who then goes to find the member of staff to serve you. Just employ another member of staff in the mornings and for god sake let customers go in and get what they need instead of having to send the worker at the hatch off to get what you want!! Getting worse with this

No fault of staff, but it?s an annoyance the cash point only ever gives £20 notes. The mornings when the doors are shut because of delivery are a pain in the arse. If I want quite a few bits I only end up getting half the stuff I need because there?s always a long queue and I don?t want to send the person at the hatch for a load of stuff. I bet they lose no end of money just from that time during deliveries!

Usually a really good garage but recently the customer service has been very poor . Fuel pumps closed when not needed due to staff prioritising in store deliveries and not communicating with customers, not well organised or coordinated.

Great convenience shop now after its had some works done.Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Coffee machine, Tango Ice Blast and a really good range of products now.

If you go before 7am and only one person is at the till. They will refuse to get item?s for you even though it?s there job. and also give you the look of a slapped child. It might as well be a 12 hour garage because it?s definitely not 24 hours
