Please get more of the tiny trolleys, it's the only reason we come to Morrisons and my son is always disappointed that he never gets one as you've only got about 3 for the entire store. ????

Unfortunately morrisons is becoming one of the more expensive supermarkets. You can't knock it for service, range, or freshness. But prices are high

All the time we go there to get stuff and best place in Staveley for shopping even when your a few miles from it but gets busy sometimes also there is a area where you can eat with the menu.

Visited Morrisons Staveley today and the first staff member I contacted asking for a certain item was a young man LEWIS. He didn?t point and say ?over there? (as been the case in ?other? supermarkets) he walked the whole length of the store to show me exactly where the product was !!! A lovely polite helpful young man.
Then a gentleman on the checkout helped me with the four heavy planters I had purchased which I really appreciated.
It was a pleasure to shop in there today, I think the staff at Staveley Morrisons are exceptional and I hope they are appreciated, thank you

An 86 yr old friend of mine had a bad experience with an ATM at the Morrisons Staveley store. His bank card was swallowed by the machine.
He went into the store and was helped by Ameli. She sat him down in the café and got him a coffee.
She arranged for me to go to meet him.
She explained to me what had happened. What a kind caring person she is. Somebody should give her a medal.

Gone massively down hill, rarely has what you need anymore.. fridges and freezer?s constantly need repairing, not to mention you have to wait for someone to let you out of the shop if you don?t buy anything?

Visited today as was in the area. I stopped shopping here a long time ago as it is dirty, no stock on some shelves. Empty boxes and stock on floors. Fridges not working and leaking with no wet floor signs making you aware of this. I waited ages for someone to open the alcohol doors... Which he said he was sorry... He was telling dirty jokes to his colleagues.. Think this may need addressing. We have encountered problems before with out of date products too. I paid on self check and the person working on there was more interested in talking to his colleagues... Come on we pay these people's wages... So I'm going back to Tesco
