Pre-ordered food. Delivery over 1 hour and half late past expected time. Seems to be a common problem. Girl over the phone wasn't very helpful

Ordered from here for the first time, and sadly won't be repeating this! Albeit the sauce of the curry tasted nice, it was super thin and not the usual Balti you'd expect. Also, the Onion Bhaji's and the Naan were tough and very over cooked, making parts of them inedible.
Unfortunately, will be sticking to our usual Curry house - We just decided to try somewhere different this time

If I could I would have given them 0 stars ordered food at 20 past 9 says 45 mins for delivery phoned up at 1045 to be told will be with us in next 5 mins 25past 11 food came freezing cold rang the restaurant to be told nothing they could do kitchens closed paid by card no refund staff arrogant nobody new what they was doing

Ordered multiple times over the last few months. Delivery time varied but not a problem for us. Food always hot and delicious. Great portion sizes. Would definitely recommend.

Let's start by saying that the food is amazing! I can't fault it. No, not the best I've had but it's certainly up there with the best. However, I have noticed on several occasions that when the restaurant gets busy, they just cannot cope and mistakes start to happen.
I ordered online last weekend and arrived 30 minutes later which is the time I was told via the app that the food would be ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes. I could see how busy they were, the phone constantly ringing and other, customers in the restaurant and other people coming in to collect food. The wait didn?t bother me, it was understandable and I accept that. However, when I did get my food and took it home (4 miles away), I opened the bag to find part of my starter missing and totally the wrong main dish! I rang the restaurant and the young lady apologised and blamed the new packer. She said that the boss would be ?straight out? with the correct main and they would also resend the starter in full. An hour and 10 minutes later, hardly straight away, there was a knock at the door. I thanked them and took the food inside. Inside the bag was my main course as originally ordered but no replacement starter as promised. The main was no more than luke warm!! Again, I rang the restaurant and they offered me a free main course of my choosing next time. The whole experience spoiled my evening to be honest. I was really looking forward to the meal but having to eat part of the starter, then wait over an hour, to then have to microwave the rice and the main course, it really spoiled things for me.
By all means, if you enjoy good Indian food, try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed with the meal. However, do not visit or order takeaway on busy nights!

Absolutely shocking rang up at 7.40pm rang up again at 10.10pm because food never arrived only to be told that the order was never placed so been sat here waiting for food they decided not to even write down, shocking, do not order from here they just lie and say the food is on the way when clearly they have no idea what they are doing.

Ordered at 19.30 to be told 20.15 delivery.
Phone up at 20.50 as still no delivery, to be told that food would be at least another hour.
Try to cancel, to be told it has to be done on the app the order was placed on, so drive up to ask for a refund to be told our order was cancelled over the phone but can?t refund our card as it was ordered on the app ??????? If the kitchen can?t cope with the orders, then don?t promise people a service you can?t provide.
Absolute shower and will not use them again.
This use to be a good curry house but gone shocking.

Ordered my food at 19.15 for delivery
Waited over 2 hours and still no food. Rang and spoke to them, they just kept saying it?s with the driver.. 1 hr later still no food, it never arrived?. Never ordering from here again.. absolutely shocking service

I understand its Valentine's day and businesses can be busy but to wait 2hrs and 50mins for my delivery and I even called at the 2 hr mark to be told they couldn't tell me how long I'd be waiting is shocking! I'll not be ordering from there again with such long delivery times. No apology from them other then my order would be made priority but still waited another 50mins for delivery. However the curry was very tasty, just customer service and slow delivery has let them down!

We have ordered food from here to be delivered many times, each time the delivery has been fast and efficient, the food is delicious and the pricing is very fair, we will keep using this service and I definitely recommend curry leaf for anyone wanting a takeaway

The restaurant was spotless and the staff very pleasant and polite. HOWEVER the food was absolutely shocking, I can only explain it as slop. Will NOT be using again.
