So ordered online payed for my meal and service charge. Then they cancelled my order due to no delivery driver .BUT check this still took my money. so I rang up to collect instead and they wanted me to pay again because the money takes a week to to back in do say you can deliver when you clearly can?t

This has to be probably one of the worst experiences on my life. The curry was like mushed up baby food, like eating pumpkin soup. And the garlic and cheese naan - no garlic nor cheese in sight. Sorry, this was terrible.

Food was incredible! We were recommended to try Spice Village by a friend, and it did not disappoint! We were greeted, despite being large group, and looked after all evening. Great service, even better

Quiet night in the restaurant but cannot fault the food and service. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Definitely worth the visit en route home to Teesside.

Wouldn't reccomend. Our first order fro here as our usual place is closed . Safe to say it will be our last order from here.Poor quality. Poorly portioned . 1 curry had 5 pieces of chicken the other had 4 . Wasn't very warm when it arrived.Most Indian takeaways give 3/4 poppadoms for free with an order, I paid for poppadoms as I wanted some extras and got 1 in total . ' bombay potatoes ' were a joke . Description is ' spicy ' and I'd say a an apple has more spice . The only up side was the delivery was pretty quick .Wouldn't reccomend. Won't be ordering again . Uber doesn't show ratings for some reason so I wish I'd have googled it first .

Lovely staff good food . Plates and serving dishes need to be hot otherwise the food goes cold to quickly so warm the plates and just that one thing will improve no end . It could do with a face life on the outside because if you dont know it's there you would miss it and it really does deserve to be lifted a little. We will be going back thank you all for a good night with family. Dotty x
