Disappointed- terrible service, small choice of drinks with kids meal as there were no capri sun's as advertised! The choice for my 5 years old was water, milk or fizzy!! We got given the wrong drinks, given the wrong burger and didn't get the onion rings we ordered and paid for. When we did get the right food, my burgers bun was very stale and that dry it fell apart in my hands. My sons cheese burger was sooo dry it was inedible and the onion rings were soggy and not very nice! There were also other customers there complaining they didn't have the right order either, so not an isolated incident! Also we were there before the rush so there's no excuse there either! Burger King has been let down! We will try the burger place next door on our next visit.

Absolute con. Paid for large milkshakes, and was given regular size. Wouldn't change them and told me that is the only size they do. Manager/shift leader didn't have a clue of their menu or prices or what to do. She was like a parrot ....just kept repeating ' That's the only size we do'....when the menu quite clearly states otherwise...........not impressed at all.

Brought 2 Diet Coke today but instead she gave me one Diet Coke and diet coco cola so I did tell them and show my receipt but I have to wait for another 5 mins?? Just to swap one drink??? I know it?s busy but why do I need to wait 5 mins to swap one drink ?\\n\\nPlus the old gentleman was trying to use self service and I?m sure he never use one before as we all know that older generation people are not familiar with technology but this gentleman was doing it for over 5 mins and still struggle but he didn?t call the help because I actually helped him. Therefore whoever is working in the front line need to keep their eyes open and making sure that all customers are ok.

If I could give zero stars I would. My bean burger was moudly! When I took it back I was told it wasn't moudly because it had been frozen! I know what mould tastes, looks and smells like! Offered another one, no thanks! Had a vegan royale and that was horrible too but not mouldy at least. Won't be going here again.

They did not put bacon on my burger and when we tried calling they did not answer. We called many times and no answer from no one.

absolutely shocking! They got are order wrong, kids meal missing toy! All the food was shockingly cold and the burgers was slapped together. No one in there new what they was doing plus no one was wearing gloves I know by working In the food industry when making food hygiene is extremely important the lad making are food was touching the crates that food comes in touching his face then wiping his hands on his trousers then yet again touching are food. When we brought this matter up to the staff they said they don't have to wear gloves then next minute telling staff to wear them but to late because he had already done are food not only because of food hygiene but should even more reason to wear gloves with all the covid going around.\\nAvoid
