I was shopping yesterday and the lady served me at the till was very rude and my worst experience at any shop in my life, I told very her to scan reward card and she is getting angry (even some some of them will ask if we got reward card ) my point is I told her you are not looking at us and she replied I was busy looking at the till, I told her we waiting until you will finished but she can?t even her rudeness, she serve other customer like us that is not her place to work, I ask her if I can talk with her manager she ignore me and gave her back on me moved away and pretending like she doing something, the gentleman working next her said wait I will talk with you and he said I speak with her. Still I don?t understand what is her issue with us. If was possible I will give less 1 star

Firstly had to drive back 30miles to return a jacket that had the security tag on, then went to buy an item found on the shelf labeled as £21 but when got to the till was scanning as £56 and they couldnt sell for this but this is what it was displayed as so this should have been sold for £21 as the labels showed but lady just wanted to argue wo now sadly lost a customet who would spend over £200 a month in adidas.

Parking for Blue Badge Holders is an absolute joke. Upon visiting on Sunday 16 July with my husband, we couldn't find a disabled bay as they were all full. Some cars did not have a blue badge on display and funnily enough they were mostly expensive cars like Mercedes and BMWs. We went to customer service and told them but they admitted there wasn't much they could do, apart from putting a "polite notice" on their windscreen! So what's the actual point? These arrogant drivers are already too far up their own **** to care so they will probably just throw it on the ground. If you aren't going to enforce it then inconsiderate people might as well just park anywhere.

Extremely friendly staff. Very good choice of qualoty products at very competitive prices. Cannot compliment the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
