Appalling service left waiting for 30 mins for a prescription. Staff had given up and were useless. Pharmacist more interested in doing blood pressure tests while staff and customers waited for him obviously making more money on blood pressure than dispensing

Waited 15mins or more just to get prescription. they just had to get antibiotics and took them forever. There were 4 staffs and the pharmacy was in shambles. They were all wining about how unorganised the medicines were. It is absolutely appalling im there.

Really annoyed as arrived at 5.30 Friday and its closed despite the fact it says 6.30 close. Closed at weekends, don't know how I'm supposed to get my prescription when I'm at work 8 till 5 in the week

Short blonde haired woman, total attitude as soon as I walked in. Practically threw my prescription at me. For 3 months items have either been missing or not got any in "it'll be here tomorrow" 4 days later it arrives. Missed one regular prescription twice, phoned ( tried for over an hour) to be told we'll get it ready now, when I questioned why it had been missed twice he mumbled something then hung up. Got there and said, "you have had half an hour to think about my question" apparently staff shortage that week was the issue. Bs as they had messed up for the two previous months
