For 7:30pm on a Friday (14/07/23) evening I honestly could not ask for better and more perky service, a friendly young lad and lady took on my enquiry from a complete DIY novice to help me secure a door on a house I recently bought, they sorted me out with all the kit I needed and for cheaper than I thought it would be, honestly not had service that helpful and nice from many places in 2023, hats off to those 2 lovely folk. Thank you, I wish I took your names so I could mention you personally. You made my evening a hell of a lot easier and with a smile too.

Been using Screwfix for over 25 years. Never compared prices till recently saw Toupret quick dry filler 2kg at £16.99! Wickes has it for £13! Will be checking more in the future.

Will never shop in there again.On entry I was asked click and collect or collect.I replied can I buy, she retorted yes but only on the computer in corner, but it's screenshoted on my phone NO was her reply bye bye Screwfix hello Toolstation!!!!!

No energy whatsoever ... was all just to much to try find 4 × bolts ...saying to me I'm sure we won't have in stock ... SCREWFFIX not having bog standard bolts ... was just negativity all round

Screwfix usually have what I am after as it was on this occasion. They seem to have everything you would need in your D.I.Y. projects as regards tools and materials apart from wood.
