Absolutely useless at the drive through today, my partner got home and half of the things are missing that are clearly on the receipt. They took forever as well and can?t even get the order right. No straws, no chilli cheese bites, the happy meal was wrong like what?s even the point? Spend more money for nothing in return?

Visited today 4/8/25. Husband used disabled toilets , he is on crutches. Floor was really sloppy and i had to go in to stop him falling. Found it difficult myself

The past 3 times we've used this McDonald's drive through part of our order has been missing and we've had to go back through for it, which is why I've scored it 3 for service, however the food has been good

Ive found some staff to have attitude problems and total lack of basic knowledge, for example i was told id ordered at the wrong store as it said Nottingham Road, the entrance is hockey way, off Nottingham Road. Their address is Nottingham rd on receipts.
Ive also heard them tell people to wait for their order in the disabled spaces. They either have high turn over so staff don't know much or poor training which ive not found an issue any other store.
They also leave you at the speaker for ages.
Ive kept going back as its convenient and many staff are nice and friendly, its just annoying that you go there as its quick and get bounced around staff that asking the person 4 fr away would have solved.

I work uber when arrive the number order ready so can't believer they don't good team when packet the food in bags put shelf without ask us driver for number order they are poor worse I eve see it number of time when I arrive

Couldn't even send 2 Big Mac meals out that were the same temperature and the hot 1 was finished before the cold 1 was replaced despite 3 trips to the collection point so requested a refund which was provided without so much as a half apology. Can't give no stars or I would!

Not the same since the refurb. Asked for some sugar and the girl just chucked it on the counter when it would have been easier to fill the container on on the station. I had the philli cheese burger. It looked more like a coaster than the one on the advert which the guy struggled to lift!

Never had a bad experince here the staff are always friendly and polite the foods always tasty likeing the new chicken piecies they seem to always have a problem with the toilets they have had a refurbishment it looks very clean modern light and bright looks really nice
