Went in placed a bet\\nas usual ,the staff are very polite\\nI left some items by mistake after\\nSome shopping ,and the manager\\nPut them to one side , when I called in to ask if anything had been handed in , the kind lady instantly\\nHanded my items back\\nIt's so encouraging , knowing that they care about their customers
