I’ve had several bad experiences with hairdressers in the past , and Natalie understood everything I said , she went through the whole process with me and gave me all my options and information . When I came back a few days ago for my actual hair appointment , the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble , lovely friendly atmosphere. For the first time in many years I left a salon with exactly what I had asked for .
