Popped in today to see if they could adjust my bracelet as it’s too big. Nowhere would help me because they all said it wasn’t possible. I popped in to ask the question if they could help me and they spent time thinking of a way of making it possible and came up with an idea and sorted my bracelet so I could wear it.... read full comment
