Went in on the off chance to purchase food, we brought a drink and whilst looking at the menu we saw a young child, keep running in and out of the kitchen, behind the bar and all over the furniture. Parent worked behind the bar, poss one parent in the kitchen too. We left our drinks and walked out in discuss !

Ordered through uber eats took 1hr.30mins to come. Even though it was wrapped in foil was stone cold most we had to throw away as chips and tots were stone cold. I asked for no onions on the burgers and it was with onions. I asked for no spring onions on chips but came with spring onions. Chicken tenders were actually really nice and so was the mac and cheese bites but would of enjoyed more if it came warm. Really disappointed and a waste of £40

Finally tried the Marquis (munch box) for the first time after wanting to go since they opened. I have got to say it did not disappoint, the food was amazing and fresh with some lovely flavours. We had the Korean grilled cheese and Korean rice. We had a 45 minute wait due to them being busy with orders but it was worth waiting for. All the staff was lovely and helpful with any questions we had regarding the food. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Ordered food from here I live less than a mile away it was £100 order and stone cold wouldn?t order again
No call back even though messages left with them on there answer phone I wouldn?t give it a single star if possible

Placed an order via just eat.
Eta was 55mins after order placed. I rang back after 1hr 15, initially they struggled to find my order and sounded half faffed.. then I was told they were waiting on drivers. I suggested my food would then be cold? I was told no we will make it when your driver arrives, I asked if they had an eta for a driver as I'd already been waiting quite a while. Asked for my order to be cancelled. Shame as I won't bother again and I'd likely of been a regular customer. Back to Bouffage who have delivered on time every time so far and 10/10 food ?????

We had a meal lastnight for 11 people the place was really busy and had a private function on, the food came out altogether even though we ordered separate it was all hot and tasted amazing! We will definitely be booking our family meals here again. Thank you :-)

Food was amazing, first time we'd ordered a munch box. However, there needs to be a better delivery service as Uber kept driving the wrong way to our house and added an extra 7 mins onto the delivery which resulted in our food being cold. We had our live location shared aswell.

Have waited over an hour and a half, my order got cancelled as I got there, and then told it was an hour wait, poor service and food wasn't even worth the wait very disappointing

Had a jerkbox delivered in time came red hot cooked amazingly portion size was huge by far the best box I've had to date will definitely be ordering again
