No help today from the girl on the tills, ?Jodie? Supposed to be a team leader yet couldn?t help me collect my new electric meter key. She was rude, argumentative and had a horrible attitude. I was abruptly told to come back when a mangers on as she doesn?t know what she?s doing. I tried explaining I?ve got no electric in my new property and I?ve been told by the energy supplier that it?s ready to collect . I?ve never had a prepayment meter before so I wasn?t sure what to do yet she was absolutely no help at all. I?d give 0 stars if I could and I?m filing a complaint to head office ,as a manager myself I?d be horrified if my staff treated people like that.
Maybe a management role isn?t for you if you can?t even get the basics right

Convenient for emergency top ups! Prices seem the same as main Co-op but checkout staff are friendlier.

Told by the cashier that no more parcels could be accepted . I was told I could drop my 2 SMALL parcels off here. Either you do Yodel or you don't !!I will now put my complaint into Yodel .

Excellent local convenience store. Well stocked with a good range of products. Excellent opening hours. A friendly and polite team of staff too.

Decent for most stuff and the opening hours make it really convenient for last minute shopping list errors. Prices are more but you have to live with that.

Visit most days for supplies staff are friendly down to earth and always smiling and good to have a laugh and joke with. Good local store with most things in stock including fresh produce. Top Mark's to sophie always got a sparkle in her eye no matter what
