After many years at Specsavers Ripley, and spending hundreds of pounds on different products for my son, I will no longer give another penny to this branch while ever the rude, obnoxious and patronising optician is there. This branch is only keen for you to hand over your cash, without putting the customer's best interests first. Having previously had a bad experience with Kuldip, I gave him another chance, but he still had a bad attitude this time and I will not allow anyone with such a superiority complex to talk down to me again. After sharing my bad experience with friends and family, it appears I'm not the only one to have such an experience, and several others also have/are moving elsewhere for their eye care.

Wonderful, caring, helpful and knowledgeable staff. An excellent and efficient service from the minute you walk through the door. The atmosphere is calm and everybody, whatever their role, seem to work together in order to provide a good service for the customer. A seamless experience from start to finish.
