Have always had a positive experience at nationwide but I've had a transfer from another bank to a nationwide account that hasn't been received been back and forth for the last 2 weeks and it's still not sorted, very annoying to say the least.

Called in the Ripley branch to open an account for my teenage daughter, we only had to wait 10 minutes for an appointment with Jack. He is a real credit to you, so friendly and helpful, he explained everything very well and with such enthusiasm, couldn't recommend your branch highly enough, thank you.

Expected to have to make an appointment but seen after a short wait. Jack gave excellent service transferring my ISA to better rate and answering various queries. Nice friendly member of staff as are all staff here.

I don?t normally leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Nationwide that I wanted to say thank you.
Jack, who assisted me, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to really listen to my needs and provided clear, thoughtful guidance around the different Saving and ISA accounts available. Jack?s energy and personable approach made everything feel effortless and enjoyable. It?s rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism, and Jack went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He managed to go through the best options for me, opened up a new account and transferred my money within 20 minutes, which just shows how efficient he is.
Thank you, Nationwide, for having such an outstanding team member ? it really made all the difference.

My wife and myself recently switched from another banking establishment in Ripley which is due to close shortly over to the Nationwide. We are really pleased that we did, the staff at Nationwide are so very professional and helpful particularly young Jack who spent time explaining things in great detail and helping us with the banking app his commitment to customer care is impeccable.

Brilliant Building Society. Over the years I have dealt with many a bank/Building Society and can pick fault with most! However I have been with these guys about 30 odd years and have NEVER had a problem. The staff at Ripley are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Keep doing what you're doing.
