We've been coming to this Costa Coffee in Ripley for a few years now. It's always good. The drinks are served efficiently and quickly and it's the same with food, whether you have toast, a cake or a toastie. The staff and the service they provide are wonderful. They are always cheerful and the last time we went in on New Year's Eve 24 they were lovely. They can't do enough for you and are very friendly. It's clean, accessible for people with wheelchairs and for people with prams and children. Well managed coffee shop!
Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level, a disabled lavatory available.

Has to be the best Costa coffee in the area alot better than the heanor Costa quick service makes nice drinks and it's also clean ?

Typical Costa service was good as was the coffee.Staff getting to know us now so it's a little more welcoming.Shop has just had a makeover which has given it a brighter demeanor and the toilets have been repaired.

Slightly overpriced considering the cost of living, but friendly staff, clean tables, work surfaces and building, warm and well lit.
