Excellent service from Rebecca regarding my order. Unfortunately the courier they used lost the parcel (probably because of the backlog) and the ones sent were the last in stock but I was offered an alternative solution they had in stock or a full refund. Emails were replied to within 30 minutes even during holidays. Highly recommended!
