I've found this to be an incredibly good local supplier of bathroom furniture and all the plumbing bits and bobs you need to fit out your smallest room. Plenty of knowledgeable and friendly staff available (special mention to Jo!) who can design and assist with all aspects of the work required and provide good after-sales service and advice.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced.Called for advice on a part to allow me to remove a TRV, not only was I left the part I needed outside of the shop (it closed before I could get there) I was given a tip on what to do if that didn't work.Absolutely brilliant, thanks so much??

My recent experience with willbond can be described as nothing less than appalling. It has taken us over 6 months to get a small bathroom fully delivered. They lost our items several times, had to redeliver a bath panel 4 times in total as they smashed it on 3 deliveries and then delivered the wrong side for the p shape bath we ordered. They lost a towel rack we ordered and delivered a panel for the toilet in the wrong colour compared to he rest of the unit. After giving them chance after chance I finally complained to the manager, who advised he would investigate everything that happened and come back to us to sort something out for the shocking service we had received, to date we still haven't heard back.
