Had the best experiences here. I've been going regularly for about 6 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Jo has such knowledge & teaches you along the way. Not just after your money!!! Jo is honest & trustworthy. Her treatments are fabulous. I love it when I see an old friend & they always tell me how well I look. At the age of 61 this is a true testimony to the treatments I've had here & the way that Jo looks after my skin & advises me. A world of knowledge at her fingertips & a true passion for skin. I've been a customer for 5 years now after deciding that my skin needed some desperate TLC , I have a monthly caci treatment and a peel / microneedling when I feel I need a boost but there are so many facials and treatments to choose from to suit your budget or requirements. I can honesty say its one of the best decisions I've made.....my skin is glowing and looks much younger and brighter now that I rarely wear foundation. ? Jo the owner is so knowledgeable warm and friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Can highly recommend this salon for all of your skincare needs and treats.

Wouldn?t trust anyone else with my skin. All the different facials and treatments I?ve had have been fantastic. I?m so pleased to have found Jo at A1 Nails and skin clinic I?m sure I look atleast 10 years younger thanks to her and her incredible knowledge of the skin and the treatments she offers.

I?ve been going to this salon for many years. Jo?s dedication to her business and learning are above and beyond. Jo provides bespoke treatments according to her clients wishes and delivers a fabulous service. My favourite is the CACI bespoke facial - so relaxing I usually fall asleep!

I just had my first ever facial with Jo, my skin was not great, I thought I needed to see a dermatologist but Jo really knew her stuff and even after one session it looked and felt better so I was very relieved! Thanks Jo!

I have been going to Jo at A1 nails for years to have my nails done and I certainly wouldn?t go anywhere else.?? Jo is an amazing lady, she certainly knows her stuff about nails, nail art and beauty treatments, especially the skin. Would highly recommend A1 nails and skin clinic. ??

I had basically a full body wax there and everything was great. Jayne did my wax and she was so lovely and comforting. If you're a beginner with waxing id say that this is a good place to go. She made sure I was good along the way and she was conversational which helped alot !!
