What a great neighborhood pharmacy! It is convenient, & well known in the neighborhood. They are efficient & so friendly. I was pain on my last visit to Well in clear distress; the pharmacist offered to bring me water to take my pills & help speed relief. There are other pharmacies but none have the personal service.

Rude. Need to learn some customer service skills in this pharmacy. Got there at 8.59am and the door was open. Got barked at to say they weren't open. Shouldnt have the door open then and does one minute make a difference. Bad enough that they don't open until 9am when you're in a rush. One of them seemed more interested in doing her banking on her phone.

Absolutely terrible... leaky roof, what is that all about?! Problems with getting medication & 9 times out of 10 they don't pick up the phone.Polite staff but building needs some serious tlc. Understaffed as is everywhere at the moment.

Not one for complaining but the place is dire, was told I couldn?t have my much needed tablets even though they were in arms reach, this was due to water damage to the ceiling which did not affect the area where they were kept, offered to collect them my self and was still refused, I understand that everyone has rules they have to follow but when I asked if they had any boxes stored in the back they refused to check! Not happy at all but fortunately I have means of transport unlike a lot of people who use Melbourne pharmacy

I have reported the broken air conditioning several times to well pharmacy head office online and nothing is being done, a pipe running from the ceiling is unacceptable and the smell of stagnant water is horrible, I like the staff they can't work in these circumstances. Hence the 1* only.

Staff here are rude and discriminatory. A staff member told me I could claim prescription charges back due to prepayment however was then later told my prepayment was expired and not valid so I needed to take out a second yearly prepayment. My certificate clearly states it expires Dec 2023. Unfortunately due to a traumatic brain injury my memory is affected so I struggle at times. Apparently I should remember next time to ask ?for a blue form? something or other with a long abbreviation for a title. Would not recommend this place.

Appalling service, just tried to phone them AGAIN and the phone just keeps on ringing. Ordered my medication almost a fortnight before required as I know they're slow but still not received notification it's ready. So yet again i've run out of one of my meds and will have to just hope it's there tonight.After years of wonderful service by the previous owners, Melbourne chemist is now rubbish!

I've been away since March but what on earth has happened. second time that I've been and prescription not ready despite ordering in plenty of time . asked to come back in 1/2 an our today went back 2 hours later and still not sorted. Come back Sally and her old team.

Super chemist serving the village and beyond. Polite helpful staff with the pharmacists who are very knowledgeable if you need advice.There is a small seating area where you can sit and wait for prescriptions. It is a very large shop so you can purchase almost most of the usual items needed. There is also a large gift items area and makeup. There is parking outside the shop but this can be very busy so use the Melbourne carpark which is a free car park with some spaces on a timed basis.
