A Jewell in the. Town! Dropped in from New New Zealand for the second year when passing through our former home town . That in itself tells all. The cafe provides excellent food. Good coffee and the staff are so obliging. Thank you.<><

What an amazing afternoon tea we had today.

Love this unique cafe with a wonderful gift shop. Tea was spot on. The view was breathtaking. Great place to come, sit and ponder.

Wonderful cafe next to the park in Matlock. Very friendly service from the hard working staff. The food was excellent with good portions and very reasonable prices. The homity pie was tasty. The coffee and cakes were delicious. I would highly recommend supporting these hard working people. The gift shop is great as well with some great greetings cards.

What a hidden gem! Beautiful cakes, actually taste of what they say they are. Excellent coffee, friendly service. The highlight? The cost. What a pleasant surprise to have some change out of £20 for 2 coffees and cake. Highly recommend and will be my go to when looking for a treat.

Been here multiple times over the past few years. Food is out of this world - especially the sandwiches, and soups with freshly made cheese scones.
Staff are fantastic, and the outside tables with views over the park are lovely in summer.
Plus the cafe is attached to a great little gift shop which has some wonderful and unique items.
Would definitely recommend.

Literally everything you want a cafe to be! Cute decor and crockery, friendly staff, pretty outside seating area with lovely view of the park, delicious cake, welcoming atmosphere, nice tea with non-dairy milk options, great value, need I go on. I loved it here!

Wonderful little Coffe Shop with a quaint outdoor space and cosy space inside ....Coffee and cakes are wonderful served by the happy and welcoming owner and Staff .They also sell fabulous and unusual gifts and Cards ...I go there regularly and I'm never disappointed ? ? ?

Friendly staff, tasty food at a good price (Homity pie £6.50, sandwiches £5.95, cappucino £3.00), colourful decor and an overall lovely vibe - we visited twice on our 4 day trip!
